CBC Clubhouse

Clackmannan Bowling Club is a members club, all facilities are available to members and their signed guests.

The Clubhouse has a large comfortable seating area catering for 110 customers.

The well stocked bar has a large variety of spirits on offer, along with 2 lagers - Millars & Fosters on draught; We also have John Smiths for the beer drinkers. The fridges hold a good selection of bottles and cans for those who like the specialist lagers and beers, along with the alcopops.

There are several ceiling fans installed on the off chance of having those hot summer nights.

The Club has live entertainment once a month throughout the year. The Bands over the last 18 months or so have been excellent covering everything from Abbamania, Beatles, Neil Diamond and many more. Visting the 'Social' Page will give you advance notice of the Bands/Groups we have booked for the Future Months.

The Club has a Juke box for those nights when you are looking for a drink with some good music (Not too loud).

As you would expect the juxebox has all the latest sounds, along with the old favourites for the more discerning 'ahem' older clientele. Juke box has even got some CD's from Britains biggest band of the modern generation 'Oasis', beware though, playing of this CD can lead to some unappreciating drinkers leaving the premises !

As you would expect of a Bowling Club with history dating back to 1886, the Club has a full trophy cabinet carrying the 'Spoils of War' from over the last 100 odd years of competition.

 

Clackmannan Bowling Club has had a competitive Pool Team for many years now, the team has been very succesful in recent years and new players are always welcome. Aspiring players will be pleased to know that there is no charge for our pool table, totally free for members and visitors.

Darts team has been active over last couple of years with a number of good successes in the local league.
